1. Introduction

Welcome to TempoJobber. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and website (collectively, the "Platform") by accessing or using TempoJobber, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

TempoJobber is a platform that connects employers seeking short-term talent with job seekers looking for flexible work opportunities. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the employment relationship between employers and job seekers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, posting a job, applying for a position, or otherwise using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TempoJobber. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using TempoJobber, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Job Posting & Application Rules

4.1 For Employers

Employers agree to post only legitimate job opportunities and provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation information. Employers must not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

4.2 For Job Seekers

Job seekers agree to provide truthful and accurate information in their profiles and applications. Misrepresentation of skills, experience, or qualifications is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

4.3 Prohibited Content

Users agree not to post content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. TempoJobber reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Payment & Refund Policies

5.1 Platform Fees

While job posting is free, certain premium features may require payment. All fees are clearly disclosed before you make a purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments between employers and job seekers are processed through third-party payment providers. TempoJobber is not responsible for payment disputes between users, though we may provide assistance in resolving such disputes.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Limitation of Liability

TempoJobber is not responsible for employment relationships between employers and job seekers and is not a party to any employment relationship. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of jobs posted or the truth or accuracy of user content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempoJobber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

8. Modifications of Terms

TempoJobber reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
